Master Bathroom Kohler (or equivalent) Soaker Tub in Master Bath with glass enclosed tiled shower with a shelf

Faucets Includes upgrade to Moen Monticello Faucets in the powder room and master. Contract allowance provides for chrome finish upgrade only, all other faucet finishes are an additional work order. (Our standard Moen Chateau Faucets with a 4 inch spread, will be in the remaining baths)
